• Winter rates $150.00 Sun -Thurs and $175.00 Fri-Sat. Summer rates $200.00 Sun-Thurs and $225.00 Fri-Sat. All rates are subject to Hotel tax , GST and QST. These rates include a full hot breakfast
• All of our rooms have a private bathroom with a double whirlpool bath.
• The Yellow and Blue Rooms have a working fireplace.
• The Green and Ivory Rooms have an electric cast iron stove and a large private balcony.
• Breakfast starts off with fresh squeezed OJ, espresso, cappacino or cafe latte and is followed by a hot breakfast.
• Our home is a stone's throw from Ste-Catherine St. and the Lucien-L'Allier metro station is across the street.

Check In/Check Out : Check in time is 3pm, check out time is 11am, both are flexible when necessary.
Cancellation : We take the first night's rate as a deposit upon reserving. The deposit will be refunded less a $50 administration fee for any cancellations made 2 weeks prior to the reservation date. The deposit is non-refundable for any cancellations made within 2 wks.
Seasonal Information : Our home is open to guests all year round.
