• Pricing per night is $80.00 for 2, w/breakfast, $12 per additional person (double sofa bed in the room). Guest House is $100/night for 2; $10 per additional person , no breakfast (complete kitchen); minimum 2 night stay
• This clean, self-contained apartment is ideal for anyone wishing the hospitality of a B&B, yet enjoy the privacy that we offer.
• Our B&B features a large open-concept room with 1 queen, 1 double sofabed and kitchenette. Our drinking water goes through a main filter, UV light and ceramic filter at the sink.
• Included is a private washroom with shower, wireless internet access, satellite T.V., private entrance with key, patio and parking.( for long weekend 2 nights booking)
• This is a waterfront property, with Big Bay dock a few doors away. A canoe is available for your use.
• Upstairs is a gallery featuring the owner's artworks. We speak French and Latvian.
• Guest house next door is also available; 2 nights minimum booking. (on-line booking will be confirmed by E-mail or Phone call)

Cancellation : 48 hour cancellation policy for total refund, otherwise, no refund
Seasonal Information : We are closed from October to May, 18th 2012 for renovations. The guest house is only available from May to October
