• This clean, self-contained apartment is ideal for anyone wishing the hospitality of a B&B, yet enjoy the privacy that we offer.
• Our B&B features a large open-concept room with 1 queen, 1 double sofabed and kitchenette. Our drinking water goes through a main filter, UV light and ceramic filter at the sink.
• Included is a private washroom with shower, wireless internet access, satellite T.V., private entrance with key, patio and parking, .
• This is a waterfront property, with Big Bay dock a few doors away. A canoe is available for your use.
• Upstairs is a gallery featuring the owner's artworks. We speak French and Latvian.
• Our Guest House next door is also available. Rates are $100.00 per night, double occupany, $10.00 per additional person. No breakfast. Discount for longer stay.

Cancellation : 48 hour cancellation policy for total refund, otherwise, no refund
