  • B&B designed so that hosts live in a separate part of the house to guests. Both guest bedrooms and guest lounge are on a separate level to owners assuring privacy.

Policies

Check In/Check Out : Our check in time is usually from 4 to 6 pm. Check out by 10.30 am. Earlier or later times to be arranged at time of booking.
Cancellation : 7 days notice for a full refund of deposit

From Highway 19 or 19A turn off into Courtenay and follow the signs to the Powell River Ferry. Turn right onto Wilkinson Road, left into Singing Sands Road.
