  • You will find the perfect spot here at The English Country Garden Bed and Breakfast, nestled among white birch and spruce trees, overlooking a sparkling lake at the foot of the Highlands on the beautiful Cabot Trail.
  • You will have many delights here but one that will leave you with fond memories is your gracious welcome provided by Ian Green, his wife Penny Steele.
  • This is an excellent location for cyclists and golfers and adventurers- 30 minutes to Baddeck or Ingonish.
  • Many of our furnishings are from England and are over 150 years old including a Broadwood Drawing Room Grand Piano. All rooms feature original artwork from travels abroad.
  • A Full hot Cooked Breakfast is included. Fine Dining options available - see our web site for details and delicious three course dinners.

Directions

10 minutes North beyond the Englishtown Ferry ( quaint small car ferry $5 and 3 minutes - runs 24/7) at exit 12 from Hwy 105. We are located two minutes past Leatherworks on the left hand side. From Ingonish we are 40 min south on the Cabot Trail.
