Check In/Check Out : Check-in after 3:30pm; Check-out before 11:00 am. (early/late check-in/out by arrangement & extra hourly fee)
Cancellation : Deposit by credit card of first night per room booked; Cancellation: Minimum 2 weeks notice - refund of full deposit; 7 days to 2 weeks' notice - refund of deposit less $25 per room booked; 7 days notice or less - no refund.
Seasonal Information : Open all year as your four-season oasis! July & August: Now reserved for Guests 13 years older unless booking all four rooms. From September to June, delicious meal plans available. From April to November: Canoe/Kayak rentals on site!
