• 2010 B&B Rates: Indonesian Room $145-$150; African Room $145-$150; Chinese Room $150-$160 +$30 for third person. Add GST/HST. 2 bedroom suite with self-catering option $250 -$300 per night for 4 adults.
• Our elegant B&B is located on the Naramata Bench in the heart of the wine-growing region. It offers magnficent views of Lake Okanagan and the vineyards. Within minutes of 22 wineries, beaches, golf courses and the Canada Trail (KVR)for hiking/biking.
• Air-conditioned rooms are tastefully decorated with antiques and artwork from China, Indonesia, and Kenya where your Canadian hosts worked for 16 years. All rooms have a queen-size bed, private bathroom, TV/DVD player, and phone. Chinese Room has 2 beds.
• Your Choice: Pamper yourself in antique Chinese beds fit for an Emperor & Empress. Enjoy a taste of Africa in a lovely wooden bed from Kenya, or sleep in a teak bed from Indonesia surrounded with artwork of Bali. All beds have good Canadian mattresses.
• Our two-bedroom suite has great views of the Lake. It has a 46' Flat TV, DVD and stereo, and kitchenette with fridge, microwave, and much more! There is a barbecue on the patio for guest use.
• Breakfast: B&B guests are served a full gourmet breakfast on the balcony overlooking the vineyard. Guests in suite can choose either self-catering or B&B option to suit their requirements.
• Golfers - enjoy our chipping & putting green! Guest beach chairs available. Laundry facilities--small charge. Located 12 minutes from Penticton, 7 minutes from Naramata. Annual events: Ironman Canada, Elvis Festival, Jazz Festival, Wine Festival.

Check In/Check Out : Check In is between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. Check Out is prior to 11 a.m.
Cancellation : June through October -14 days notice for B&B; 30 day notice for Suite Rental and Ironman.
Seasonal Information : 2010: June to October - B&B -2 night min. Our 2-bedroom suite --3 night min. $250 per night without breakfast, $300 with full breakfast. Inquire about our low season suite rates.
