- Our elegant B&B is located on the Naramata Bench in the heart of the wine-growing region. It offers panoramic views of Lake Okanagan and the vineyards. Within minutes of 23 wineries, beaches, golf courses and the Canada Trail (KVR)for hiking/biking.
- Air-conditioned rooms are tastefully decorated with antiques and artwork from China, Indonesia, and Kenya where your Canadian hosts worked for 16 years. All rooms have a queen-size bed, private bathroom, TV, robes. Chinese Room is 800 sq.ft. with 2 beds
- Your Choice: Pamper yourself in antique Chinese beds fit for an Emperor & Empress. Enjoy a taste of Africa in a lovely wooden bed from Kenya, or sleep in a teak bed from Indonesia surrounded with artwork of Bali. All beds have good Canadian mattresses.
- Our 2BR Suite is 1400 sq. ft with breathtaking lakeviews, spacious living room with TV, DVD, stereo and internet. Kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, and much more! There is a barbecue for guest use.
- Breakfast: B&B guests are served a full gourmet breakfast on the balcony overlooking the vineyard. Guests who book the Suite can choose self-catering or B&B option.
- Golfers - enjoy our chipping & putting green! Guest beach chairs available. Laundry facilities--small charge. Located 12 minutes from Penticton, 7 minutes from Naramata. Annual events: Ironman Canada, Elvis Festival, Jazz Festival, Wine Festival.

Check In/Check Out : Check In is between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. Check Out is prior to 11 a.m.
Cancellation : B&B rooms -- 14+ days, no cancellation fee; Less than 14 days, one night charge will apply if we cannot fill the room; Less than 48 hours, full amount will be charged
Seasonal Information : May to October. Minimum 2 night stay; 3 nights for long weekends; Ironman- 5 night minimum.

From Penticton, follow the signs to Naramata Bench Wineries. Arta B&B is located 1.5 km past Hillside Estate Winery on the Naramata Road. Look for Sutherland Road on your right. Our B&B is the first house on the right as you climb the hill. B&B signs are posted. |
