• Pricing per night from $120.00 to $150.00 depending season - summer ( mid May- mid October) or winter (mid Oct. to mid May) .
• Welcome to the relaxed atmosphere of our beautiful appointed Victorian home dated in the early 1800s. We are 3 houses off River Rd and 20 min walk to the Falls.
• We have four tastefully decorated and newly renovated bedrooms and bathrooms. We are 5 minutes from the bus and train station. Transportation available.
• In the winter we serve in our formal dining room & in summer in our large, enclosed sunroom.
• For breakfast we serve a buffet including: cereal, fresh fruit cup, homebaked bread/preserves, homemade waffles, french toast, bacon, sausage/ham, and eggs.
• Our amenities include fridge, microwave, tea and coffee cart.
• We have an upstairs sitting and information room, downstairs fireplace room with T.V. and real wood burning fireplace, large enclosed sunroom and fish pond.

Cancellation : 48 hours notice prior to arrival date is required.
