DESTINATION EQUITATION
Saturday, September 24th to Sunday, October 2nd, 2011
A 9-day celebration for all things equestrian in the Hills of Headwaters. This year’s event includes our 4th annual Headwaters Stable Tour, a breeder’s parade of horses, equestrian fair, workshops, industry clinics, demonstrations and competitions.
Up here in the country, we have more horses than humans it seems. This is horse country. As Prince Phillip said about his daughter, Princess Anne in a 1970's quote (slightly cleaned up): “If it doesn’t pass wind or eat hay, she isn’t interested.” That pretty much sums up the green grassy hills of headwaters. Lots of horses, pretty countryside and this nine-day celebration of the Equine Industry will take you into horse farms, demonstrations, lots of interesting things...so come and enjoy our Destination Equitation, for the day, for the week-end, for the week. |
