• Beautiful country home; a quilt on every bed; now in our 16th year of business, reasonable rates, nestled into 10 acres of fields & woodlands overlooking the beautiful Hockley Valley, relaxed atmosphere, comfortable surroundings.
• In summer, sit beneath the shade of our covered porch & lilac trees; enjoy a walk through our woods& a swim in our pool. In winter, our log-burning fireplace warms your toes in our private-to-guests lounge with TV & a comfortable overstuffed couch.

• We're happy to accommodate early morning risings of horse folks & dietary needs of guests. Guests welcome to smoke on our covered porch out-of-doors. Dogs in residence, but not underfoot..
• Sandy is a quilt designer & graduate of design (OCAD) and her studio is located next to and sometimes overflows into the dining area. Shown is one of Sandy's designs in our guest living room.

Check In/Check Out : Check in time noon onwards (or as arranged). Check-out: 11 a.m. Please mention any special time constraints when booking your reservation. Deposits preferred.
Cancellation : A 50% charge for cancellations within 1 week of arrival date between May 1st/Oct. 30. Can apply to another booking within the year. Winter, cancelation policy does not apply, it's weather permiting. We appreciate being given notice by our guests.
