• Just Your Cup of Tea has been operating since 1981. Registered with provincial government and meet all safety requirements as per government regulations such as the fire marshals, safety officer (smoke alarms, escape ladders etc.)
• We have a provincial business licence and Ontario B&B operation clearance. We are a year round B&B located close to the QEW at (exit 126) Erin Mills Pkwy west of Toronto. There are 3 comfortable guest bedrooms available with shared bathroom.
• Available on main floor is a 2 piece bathroom, We serve an English Style breakfast daily. Enjoy a snack on arrival or at evening leisure time. Can cater to special diets on request. We are located near to 6 to 10 restaurants of different cultures.
• Transportation including the local train to Toronto Central & Niagara Falls. We offer pick up at airport, train station, central bus station free w/ 3 nights stay, also every 7th night free with a 7 day or longer stay Free parking at residence.
• RESERVATION & PAYMENT: It is always best to make your reservations ahead of time. You can do this by phone, fax, email or letter. We prefer payment in cash or cheque. Rooms can be reserved if we obtain a credit card authorization.
• We prefer that you reserve the room by credit card & then pay in cash on arrival. Credit card information can be given by phone, fax or email .
