between Bracebrige & Orillia (approx. 1.5 hr. drive north from Toronto) from Toronto - take 400 north (changes into Hwy.11) - take Bethune Rd. cutoff in Gravenhurst - (pass the Indepentdant Grocers), left on Winewood Rd, then 1st right - Muskoka Beach Rd.- follow that around to Brydon Bay Road, turn left and there you are - the 2nd house on the right.
