- $95 to $105/night; minimum two night stay; lower winter rates
- Located in one of the most pleasant neighbourhoods in the city with more green space, walking/bike trails by Glenmore Lake with its sailing, boating, birding, and famous Heritage Park Historical Village.
- The area has several restaurants, pubs, malls, interesting shops, and lovely parks. A community centre and indoor/outdoor hockey rink are a 2 min walk away.
- Guests have access to a large sitting room with TV, movie collection, tea/coffee service, library, games, stereo & wood-burning fireplace, plus huge backyard, deck and fountain. We have 2 bicycles and 3 pairs ice skates for our guest's enjoyment.
- Full hot breakfasts use fresh herbs, fruits and veggies from our garden (in season), with menus that vary daily from Canadian, Cowboy, Westcoast, Southern Spicy, Far East, to Healthy Lifestyle offerings and more.
- We are 4 mins. from Heritage Park, 12-15 mins. from downtown, and world renowned Spruce Meadows show jumping centre, plus Alberta's only urban provincial park (Fish Creek).
- Near the west edge of the city, we're 10 mins. from Hwy. 8 - the gateway to the mountains, Banff and Kananaskis Country. Buses are 1/2 block away; main connectors allow access to all parts of Calgary.

Check In/Check Out : Check-in after 3 pm or by arrangement ; check-out by 11 am.
Cancellation : A deposit of half the estimated stay to be received within 1 week after the reservation is confirmed. Refunds will be made upon cancellation only if the cancellation is made 2 weeks or more prior to the first day of the scheduled stay.

From airport: Get onto Deerfoot Trail southbound, drive to Southland Drive (SW) exit. Head west along Southland Dr. as far as it goes. At T-intersection, turn R. onto Oakfield Drive. Turn L. at first 4-way intersection onto Oakwood Drive (at Louis Riel School). Turn R. at next corner onto Oakcliffe Drive.
From downtown (Greyhound Bus/Train stations): Head west along 6 Avenue past 14 Street and turn onto Crowchild Trail south exit. Follow Crowchild Trail south to Southland Drive. Turn R. onto Southland Dr. and travel west as far as it goes. At T-intersection, turn R. onto Oakfield Drive. Turn L. at first 4-way intersections onto Oakwood Drive (at Louis Riel School). Turn R. at next corner onto Oakcliffe Drive.
Public Transit: two bus stops within 1/2 block of B&B connect to the 'C-train' (LRT), and all parts of the city. |
