Description
  • Weekend & Holidays (min. 2 night stay) from $120 per night double occupancy, $110 per night single. Mid week from $95 single per night, $105 double occupancy, can be customized (nutritional cooking classes, ski, golf, and other recreational interests.
  • Situated on 100 acres of rolling hardwood bush with trails throughout for hiking, biking, snow shoeing and cross country skiing.
  • Minutes from Horseshoe Resort (skiing, tubing, golf, hiking), Mount St. Louis (skiing), Hardwood Hills (cross-country skiing, mountain biking), and many local golf clubs.
  • Backs onto 1,000 acres of crown forests including Ganaraska Trail System and snowmobile/ATV trails.
  • Experience tranquility and comfort in our guest rooms with private bathrooms, sitting areas and verandahs overlooking perennial gardens.
  • Hot tub, indoor sauna, outdoor pool, exercise room, (yoga classes on site), great room, entertainment/games room and library.
  • Seasonal cooking classes available. Check when registering. Particularly popular were the maple syrup and wild leeks in the spring.

Policies

Check In/Check Out : Check in 3pm. (Call to arrange earlier time). Check out 11 am.
Cancellation : 72 hours notification
Seasonal Information : Open year round. Ask about our seasonal nutritional cooking classes. Area known for its recreational activities: skiing(downhill/cross country), hiking, biking, golfing and bird watching. Lots of local artists too.


Directions

Travelling from Barrie take Hwy 400 north. Exit off Hwy. 400-Forbes Rd. Travel east until you reach the 3'rd line. Turn north on the 3'rd line until you reach the Bass Lake Sideroad. Travel east, past the 5'th line until you reach 478. Forks in the Trail sign is at the end of the driveway. Travelling from Muskoka take Hwy 400 south. Exit Hwy 400-Horseshoe Valley Road, take Horseshoe Valley Road east. Turn right(south)on 4'th line to Bass Lake Sideroad. Turn left and go east on Bass Lake Sideroad to 478.
