• The one bedroom Chardonnay cottage (sleeps 4) offers a peaceful lakeside retreat while watching the waterbirds over Lake Ontario. Free Internet Connection.
• Niagara falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake are short drive of 20 minutes away.
• Old Port Dalhousie is just minutes away with great food, beach walks and restaurants.
• Hiking & biking trails are all nearby or just stroll around our vineyards and orchards.
• Fresh and in season fruits & vegetables & home baking are available at our farm market located on the property.
• All of our grapes are grown for Henry of Pelham Winery. We grow Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Riesling.

Check In/Check Out : Check in by 3 pm and out by noon. For 3 nights or longer a Full Payment is Due 4 weeks prior to your stay. A 50% deposit is required at booking or by January 1st of the same year if booking in advance
Cancellation : 50% refund with MORE THAN 4 weeks notice/ 0% refund with LESS THAN 4 weeks notice. Full Payment is Due 4 weeks prior to your stay.
