  • Pricing per night $100 single, $110.00 double, $50 for additional bed; weekly rates available
  • The comfortable guest suite of 2 connected rooms plus own bathroom accommodates up to four. Baby bed available (free). Suite has private entrance.
  • Walking distance to downtown (north) and starting point of the 8 km Rotary Sea Walk (south).
  • Enjoy watching the Cruise ships and ocean activities from the outdoor decks and Hot Tub.
  • Suite has cable TV, DVD/VCR player, Wireless access, fridge, in-room coffee, loveseat and desk.
  • Hot Tub, BBQ, lawn games, two bicycles, rain gear, baby bed for free use.
  • Comfortable gas fireplace. You either rest and relax or we help you plan your activities.

Check In/Check Out : 3:00 pm or by arrangement, 11:00 am check -out or by arrangement
Cancellation : 72 hours notice; $20 service fee for cancellations; charge of one full night's stay if later cancellation

From the Inland Island Highway, take the Jubilee Parkway to the intersection at Highway 19A, turn North, and proceed about 7 km. turn left into 1st Ave and left again into Murphy after 20 meters. We are the fourth house on the left.
