• Greenest B&B on the island, always keeping our environmental impact in mind I use non-toxic cleaners, energy saving measures and serve fair trade coffee and tea and locally grown organic produce when possible.
• You will be welcomed at the door by the resident cats! But you won't find them in your bedroom - no kitties allowed there!
• On-site art studio/gallery (original art throughout the house)or enjoy local artisan studios, ceilidhs, and theatre
• Golf (and golfing packages with area courses), restaurants, beaches, lobster dinners, deep sea fishing, Confederation trail, all within 15 min.
• All rooms have top quality mattresses and 100% cotton sheets; clock radios; hairdryers and ceiling fans.
• We participate in the Cyclists Welcome program with repair kit and secure storage on site. For cyclists and all guests we offer picnic lunches; luggage storage; dinners on request.

Check In/Check Out : Check in is after 4 pm. Check out is 10 am
Cancellation : one night deposit at time of booking is refundable if you cancel 10 days prior to booked dates. If you have to cancel less than 10 days you will be refunded your deposit if the room is rebooked.
