• Shared Sitting Room is equiped with Table/Chairs, Double Sofa Bed, Wireless Internet, TV/VCR with large movie selection. Full Bath w/Dbl Sinks & extra drawers for storage.
• Many local attractions incl: Golf, Horseback Riding, Rodeos, Music Festivals, Live Theatre, Art Galleries/Studios/Classes, Beaches, Boat Rentals, Wine Country Tours etc. PLUS only a 5 minute drive to the nearest beach & boat launch.
• This area has some great local restaurants as well as convenience stores and gas stations - all within 10-15 minutes.
