• Cowboy cabin 'The Livery' offers semi-private 2 Double/Twin Bunks and 1 Queen bed, cozy feather duvets, cotton sheets, lots of pillows, 1 x 3pc and 1x 2pc bathroom, kitchenette, antique furniture, porch, BBQ.
• Bed & Bale ...Bring your own horses if you like. We sell horse hay. Note : we do NOT offer horse back riding.
• Each cottage has its own horse paddock with shelter and we are Pet Friendly. With, or without horse, come and enjoy life on a Ranch close to town and all amenities.

Check In/Check Out : check-in time is between 4.00 pm and 10.00 pm check-out time is 11.00 am earlier check-in, or later check-in by arrangement
Cancellation : Short term reservation of 1-7 days stay : 48 hours cancellation policy. If reservation is cancelled 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival there is no charge. Long Term reservations 7 days or more : 10 day cancellation policy.
